Our contact address is hello@amortgrid.com. This is the official contact address for AmortGrid. We do not operate a telephone line and we do not accept enquiries by post.

How quickly we reply

We aim to answer within two to three business days. Reports that a calculation is wrong are prioritised and are usually answered within one business day, because a wrong figure is the most serious problem this site can have. We are a small independent site, so we cannot promise instant replies or a 24-hour support desk.

Reporting a bug in a calculator

To reproduce and fix a wrong figure we need to see exactly what you saw. Please include:

• which calculator you used, and the page address if you have it;
• every input you entered, including loan amount, interest rate, term, payment frequency, start date and any extra payments, income or debt figures;
• the result the calculator displayed;
• the result you expected, and where that figure comes from, for example your lender's statement, illustration or offer document;
• your browser and device, if the problem looks like a display or input issue rather than a calculation error.

Please do not send account numbers, statements or other personal or financial documents. We never need them, and we would rather not hold them.

Corrections and other enquiries

Factual corrections, accessibility problems, press questions, and advertising or partnership enquiries are all welcome at the same address; a clear subject line helps us route them. Commercial enquiries are welcome, but a commercial relationship never changes a calculation result or the wording of a guide.
